Client Story: Peggy's Room
Peggy’s Room is a brilliant independent, sustainable fashion brand based in London.
Founder and creator Suzanne describes Peggy’s Room as being effortlessly feminine with a badass rock-chic edge. Peggy’s room is for adventurous free spirits who gets their kicks from dressing up every single day. We designed our June Template Restyle around attracting and converting this dreamy client.
We worked together to created retro brand visuals for the business to weave into the site design. These included buttons and bobby pins from Suzanne’s granny’s flat, the inspiration behind the brand. The result is a fun and dynamic site design which feels as if you are rifling through a Peggy’s Room closet.
The site is predominantly an eCommerce website and the Template Restyle elements were updated to reflect this. We also added a countdown for the shop launch and built into the site design elements that can be switched ‘on’ and ‘off’ whether Peggy’s Room is in a list building or launch phase.
What did life feel like before working with me?
Muddled! I had met alot of website designers, but none really resonated.
And what’s different now?
Things are in order and organised so that I know exactly what I have on the website.
What hesitations did you have about hiring me?
Erm, NONE!
How would you describe your experience of working together?
So easy, straight forward and completely transparent in that I knew what was happening and when. It was a brilliant experience.
What has been your biggest result?
Getting my product out there to people in a beautiful format.
What else would you like to share about your experience?
Eleanor has been absolutely brilliant. She is SOOO knowledgeable and I totally trust her judgement. She was (and still is!) on hand to help with any issues you may have. I would not hesitate to recommend Eleanor to anyone starting up a business. She knows her onions!!
