Prep. We book in advance to give us time to set up the project properly.
Once you have paid your deposit and booked in, I will send over a link to the Client Lounge which is your full guide to the process.
I’ll send over guidelines for your content (think: photos, copy, links) and an in depth questionnaire to dig deep into your business.
Once you’ve gathered that content up and answered the questions, that's all your hard work done!
Week 1. We kickstart the first week by jumping straight onto a call. We’ll get fully aligned with the goals of your shiny new website.
The first week it’s over to me to use the content you have provided to build out your site that is designed to be beautiful and effective.
Don’t worry about all the techy bits - I make sure your website is optimised for SEO and fully responsive. I’m here for you every step of the way! If your domain is elsewhere, we’ll get this connected and a coming soon page up.
Week 2 & 3. And before we know it we’re over half way through the project. I invite you to share any edits and revisions you would like to make that I get stuck into.
Your products are uploaded, the functionality of apps are integrated and any additional pages are created ready to wow your customers.
We wrap the end of the week off with a lesson to fully equip you with everything you need to know to be in full control of your shiny new site.
Then - TA-DAH - your website is launched!

Q: What platform do you use to build your websites?
I specialise in Squarespace and Shopify websites.
Q: Why Shopify?
It’s a great platform to design on but more importantly, it’s perfect for you to use on your own when the design process is finished as it's easy to use and will scale with you.
Q: How long does this take?
For this project, the actual website design takes 2-3 weeks only, dependent on the final scope of your website functionality or 10-15 working days. For branding add ons this is slightly longer. There is a bit of homework to complete so I book these projects in advance to give you a bit of time to get this done. Don’t worry! The homework tasks are easily done - often with a glass of red/white in hand.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
All one-off projects are split into a 50% initial deposit to reserve your slot and book in. Then 50% before the handover of all files/access at the end of the project. Additional payment plans are availbale.
Q: What do I get at the end of the project?
You will get complete ownership of a fully responsive custom designed Shopify website and a Google folder filled with all relevant files.
But there’s no point in having a shiny new website with no idea how to use it, is there? We’ll follow this up with a training session so you can ask any questions you might have and get to grips with your new baby.

Q: What do I need before I start?
Once we get your project booked in and you have paid your deposit, I’ll send over a Client Questionnaire and guidance for a Pinterest board for you to complete before we have our first virtual coffee meeting. You’ll also need to collect together all of your website content: images, product info, videos, text and links. I’ll send over some tips on how to get these together.
Q: How many website pages are included?
You’ll get a home page + up to 10 other pages in the Shopify Design. This typically includes: About, FAQ, Contact, Legal, Collection Page Template, Product Page Template, Blog Template, Shipping, Returns and Sizing customised & designed around your goals and business.
Q: How quickly can we start?
I’m usually booked up a couple of months in advance as this gives you enough time to complete your homework before we start. Please do get in touch to see my next availability.
Q: Can you help me with it all?
Every project is designed to take you from sprouting idea to full blossoming launch. This can mean we work together to switch platforms or other technical support you may need.
It's over to you to compile your content (images, text/copy and external links) but I'll be here to support you with guides and feedback on these before our project officially kicks off.
Q: Is a logo included?
It is not included in the core package. However, you can add on a Brand and Logo Design package for as little as £550. I also offer additional branding collateral items to compliment your gorgeous new design.
Q: Do you offer e-commerce?
I sure do! This is included with your Shopify site or can be added on to your Squarespace design.
Q: Do I need to purchase a domain ahead of time?
I recommend that you purchase your domain from a third-party provider (for example, GoDaddy) and I will redirect it to Shopify. You can also purchase your domain directly through Shopify. I will guide you through this process.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support or help when the website is live and the project wraps up?
I offer 30 days of technical support post-launch should anything pop up. Beyond this, I love working with clients after their website launch. Depending on the project, I can provide a fixed fee or charge at my hourly rate.
Q: Can you create a custom package for me?
Chances are you’ll probably find most things you will need in my different packages - I’ve based this on past clients and getting a feel for what most businesses need. If you require a custom package, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can rustle up!
